Thousands of Years ago, four doors were crafted for a questionable
purpose. Four craftsmen who were completely different put aside
a century old feud to create something that was bound to change
the way people looked at the world. Each created a world for
himself that would suit his personality and fulfill his wishes, a world
that could only be entered through the doors. It took several years
of failure for the foursome to even come close to success, but
with the process of trail & error , came perfection and
appreciation, and by the time each completed their masterpiece,
they realized they were content with the world in which they lived
& that all of it had been a waist. So the foursome agreed that no
one should know of them and each was hidden carefully. But it
didn’t take long for the townspeople t o learn of the doors. They
were furious that the four men had hidden them and demanded
to be told where each was. When the four refused to tell, they
were brought to the king and were executed months later.

Today, few know of the power which they poses, let alone the
existence of the doors, and even fewer choose to use that power
to their advantage, for it is risky business messing with the universe.
Those who believe there really are four different worlds gather
together once every year at dawn; for it is on New Years Eve
that the four doors are left in pllain sight and are accessible to all
who are brave enough to pass through them. However, many
have trapped themselves in a world not of their own in the past; at
the stroke of midnight the doors seal themselves and are hidden yet
again, not to come out from hiding until the next New Year and all
who have not returned, will not return until then. Only those who
know where they are hidden may travel between worlds
whenever they please. A word to the wise, If you possess such
knowledge, keep this secret to yourself… people will do anything
to have all four doors in their possession.
