The wind tossed snow high in the air. The sky was getting dark, a shade of navy blue, but the sun was still in the air, a few inches above the tallest of the peeks. Night was falling fast as well as the temperature. No clouds where rolling across the sky, so no snow was falling. There was a icy wind though, rolling through the terra with a icy bitterness that froze even the warmest of hearts. The few scattered tree's groaned from the wicked wind, covered in a couple inches of frost. The ground was in 4 feet of thick, mushy snow that would set any lupine of edge if they stood in it to long. What insane creature could live here? Only the wolves of the Blizzard Moon pack because of their ability to withstand the cold and to be the only insane lupines.
At the moment, a lone fae was coming this way. Her pelt was a snowy white, silky to the touch and thick. Her orbs stared a head with intensity, their color the richest of amber gold. Her auds where pinned down flat against her dome. Her jowls where clamped shut, black lips covering her white ivories. Her was ruffled, pillars moving with grace, and paws barely sinking into the snow. Her banner was tucked tightly against her stomach, showing that she was in a submissive mood at the moment. A very submissive mode because her banner was usually not under her stomach.
The small fae stopped as she entered a small valley between two mountains. She glanced around, orbs wide. Her pelt was marked with the musky scent of a brute, known as Cain. She had just left him after he had subdued her and claimed her as his. Now she just needed time for herself. She needed to think and to get her hormones under control. Her breath was coming in quickly, as if she had been running but in truth, she hadn't but she had walked a long way.
She let herslef sink into the snow once she reached the middle of the valley. Her dome flopped onto her front pillars and she sighed, letting the breath escape her maw. Her orbs closed for a second then they opened. She scented something. Glancing back, she noted that a lupo or two was heading her way...from two different directions. Uh oh...She was in big trouble. Espy turned to face the entrance, shaking,
