Vid was born in spring. It was a beautiful time, and chaos had not reached him home yet. His parents where beta's in a pack, but they where loyal lupines and their alpha's trusted them to pass it onto their pups. Happy and content, his parent's gave birth to 5 pups in the spring, all beautiful and strong. There where four fae's and one brute, who was Vid. He was the most handsome of the pup's, but he was not the biggest. His oldest sister, Rose Fire was. He didn't mind this at all.

Vid was loved by his family. He had four siblings but it wasn't that much of mouths to feed. The alpha's didn't have any pups that year, so they focused their attention of the five little pups. Vid had white, grey, black, and cream siblings, though he and his cream sister where the only one's with exotic markings. They where separated from their siblings to be with the alpha's to be taught how to be a leader and how to fly. Vid was not happy at first but he loved the alpha's soon after.
The pack was happy with the pups and enjoyed them. They taught them how to hunt, fly, and use their gifts. Vid had the strongest of them all, and was the best fighter but he did not gloat. He was just happy to be able to do what he could for the pack, but things where getting bad. Chaos was coming to the pack lands because four lupines had come to the lands...and they weren't good. There was two fae's and two brute's and they caused pain and chaos.
The four soon came and began to slaughter the pack. Scared and at the age of three, Vid and his cream sister, Mocha Spirit, turned and ran away leaving their pack to be destroyed. They fled from their forest homes, heading for another place to call their own. For many days, they ran, putting as much distance they could. They where scared out of their minds, and could not stop until they ran themselves to the ground.
Finally, exhausted and spent they entered another's territory. They where scared at first but the pack's warm greeting drew them closer. They joined the pack's as subordinates for they where new. Vid became friends with many of the lupines, but was quiet fond of a small pup fae, by the name of Ariguala. He watched her all the time, though she was a few months old.
One day, things changed dramatically. Another pack of lupines came forth out of the abyss and began to drive the pack out of their own homes. The new pack battle against Vid's pack at their own den site, proceeding to injure and force the pack to flee. In the midst of the battle, Ariguala parent's abandoned her for dead. Vid was shocked then took action. He leaped forward and tried to get to the pup, but she was killed before his orbs.
Shocked so badly and shaken, he turned and fled, shaken. He ran for many days, forgotting about his sister and his past. He just wanted to get away. Finally, he came to a place where many pack's resided. Ignoring the mountain wolves, he came forth to join the Fenrir Lupa's, where he knew he could make a new life.
