Akailia’s black paws gently caressed the grass among the land of Anaria. She had always known that she had a connection with the trees and the animals that lived with her, but she had never even began to think that she was the one. The one who all of them can speak through, the one that can control them … respectfully. She would never even think about taking advantage of anything that shares the life on Halasia with her. But today was a day of peace. Her lands glowed with life, eagerly waiting for the full sun to settle up on them. The trees leaned to the east and the grasses wriggled with excitement. But it was obvious that they stilled loved the night.
The night of Anaria where the grass glowed blue and the trees had stripes of many hues of colors. It was invisible to the naked wolf’s eye. They have to be of Fenrir Luna’s blood. If a wolf of lonliness set their paws into these woods in the time of night, they would see pitch black and green grass and normal trees whispering fairytales to them. To Fenrir Luna, this was their magnificent oasis of fantasy life. Their eyes had been opened to the balance and were rewarded with the fantastic views of night in Anaria.
Akailia wasa stopped as the wind blew hard against her. She dared not to fight it, she didn’t have the strength with pups inside her. Yellow, orange and pink leaves rustled into a swarming tornado around her. Halasia was telling her it was time. Birds pecked gently at her fur, pushing her to go back to her den. She ran, breaking the tornado that surrounded her. The trees whistled to her as the birds cleared the branches away from hitting her. They were being very polite when they were normally the birds to play playful pranks on Akailia. She howled a melodious howl to warn her pack what was coming. Pups, pups would come tonight.

Ki-ai layed with her back against the wall inside the den. She was taking a cat nap. The sound of winf rustling the trees was soothing. Ki-ai dreampt.
She was standing in the middle of a field. The long grass and flowers sawying back and forth as the wind blew. The light the sun gave off was so bright it almost made the scene a bit hazey. Ki-ai raised her nose into the open air and took in a big wiff. There was a scent. It was almost...sweet. It was soothing. It made her heart feel light and her stomach had the feeling of fluttering butterflies. She saw someone in the distance. Coming, coming. It was big, like agreater wolf. Ki-ai started to run, to try and get closer but she wasn't going anywhere. It was like running on the ground that was moving in the opposite direction. The wolf started to vanish. "No...NO!"
Ki-ai jerked up banging her head on the rocky wall of the den. She shook the feeling and realized it was all a dream. She sighed in relief. "That was weird..." Ki-ai mumbled to herself. She peered out of the den to see Akailia running towards the den.

A violet shape stirred in the long grass at the edge of the creek. Two pools of liquid gold stared intensely into the vivid blue waters of the creek that seemed to glow in the night. Her eyes locked onto a fish in the water and she found its graceful movement mesmerising. Though after watching its silvery form swim for the best part of an hour, she was starting to feel drowsy and it was lulling her into sleep.
The oddly coloured beta had wondered about the drappa lately, she knew just by instinct (and the bulge at her belly) that she was pregnant, but lately she had wondered if it was time yet. The thought of pups were exciting afterall, and shew as great with them. Though the beta had a duty to help protect the pack and aid the dragga and drappa, she did have a playful side to her.
Her eyes narrowed to slits as they drooped and she drifted further into dreamland, her head slumped onto her paws comfortably. However, just as the dream begun it was broken by the sound of a howl that woke her up and brought her back to reality. It was the drappa? As she rose to her paws a gust of wind took them from under her and she was sent splashing into the creek, again. Getting the sense of deja-vu she climbed back out of the water and shook her pelt dry. Sure enough, this had happened when she first arrived in Anaria and she had met the drappa while she was soaking wet.
Kyouki turned and begun a quick but steady run towards the dens. The wind was picking up and she didn't want to stay out much longer. Plus she may be needed by the drappa. She spied the dens not far away and near them she saw Akailia. Kyouki made her way over, the wind sending a chill down her beck and bristling her longish fur up.

The sweet aroma of rushing water caught the ebon senses of a blond wolf and drew her across an invisible, but powerful, boundary. It didn't seem to click within the she wolf's cranium that she had entered claimed territory and that perhaps she'd soon have betas on her tail or even a king. However dangerous, she couldn't help herself. There was something about water that drew her near, perhaps it's gentle touch as you enter it's depths, or it's ferocity on a stormy night.. Whether it was a brook, stream, lake or ocean, she adored it. The scent beckoned her closer and closer but no matter how quick she moved this creek she sought did not appear. Hiding.. She snickered to herself, grinning absently as she slowed her pace to a trot. "Perhaps you are hiding..," she spoke cooly to the water, sounding as if she were half expecting to see the water trickle from an oak tree's trunk. A deep inhale of her surroundings sent a shiver up the femme's spine, tickling her hackles and immediately raising her fur. How dead.. She huffed softly, glaring at her nose before giving a gentle shake of her shapely crania. Lush opals searched the forest quickly, audettes quickly flattened and the female growled lowly. This land wore two thrones, a fem and a brute, so she would either search out the king or have a raunchy femora on her tail. She judged so on passed experiences, which only cause her nose to wrinkle, flare and snort. "How dreadful.." Standing tall and allowing her tassel to flick and sway, she stiffly drank in many more scents. "A pregnant queen?" She hissed quickly, licking a fading grin away. "At least I won't have to worry about a flea bitten wh-..," trailing off amid the conversation she started with herself, the fem decided against speaking. There was no need to think, let alone speak, of a queen in such a manner. Perhaps this place was different.. Perhaps the queens of this land took pride in their titles and their kings, rather than strutting around like they were queen of this earth rather than their territory. Or, like many the she-beast had met, run off any female that attempted to enter their land or even call to seek acceptance. Tossing her cranium in a shake, to rid herself of any other thoughts, the fem searched her surroundings once more before beginning another trot. This time, instead of searching for the waters that beckoned her so, she headed in the direction of another scent.. The smell of wolves. Perhaps it wasn't polite to enter and search out the king or one of his subjects, but this fem was feeling adventurous and a bit impatient already. A low growl emitted into the silence as she trotted at a quick pace. It was just a warning growl to any who may have been watching, her tassel swayed to it's own beat before she forced it down low. If the queen was full of pups and ready to head into birthing, perhaps the king himself would be patrolling. Giving a rough chorus of yips and barks, suddenly the female halted, her auds flattening quickly. She heard a voice, it was barely audible but she caught it. Gathering herself she strode toward the sound with silent, careful steps, an uneasy smile dressing her ebony lips. But, yet again, she was forced to stop; if she hadn't she would have slammed right into an oddly purple she-wolf. Hackles rose quickly and she forced herself to hold her lips in place and not bare any warning. A quick nod was given, whether the other wolf paid attention to her or not. A quick glance was thrown at the entrance of a den off to the side, nostrils flared and a snort was absently released. The smell of new life always excited her but a sort of anxiety was always quick to follow.

Dark colored paws entered the main cave of her lands. It was a large cave that went back for miles and miles, with waterfalls and deltas of streams. She loved coming into this cave, but didn’t come in it often. It was here for the birth of pups, the perfect atmosphere. She walked softly over a stone bridge, looking down upon a small lake that shimmered purple. It was nighttime in Anaria, so everything glowed with colors that it wouldn’t normally. She smiled slightly at the sight and her tail wagged, for she couldn’t help but be excited that this was finally happening to her. Her first litter.
But lately she had been wondering where her mate had been, maybe he was on a hunt. She had a feeling that he wasn’t going to be here for their birth, even though everything inside her wanted him to be here. She finally found a place to rest, about a half a mile into the cave. Surrounded by a stream with a rainbow of colors. Behind her, there was a waterfall splashing her very lightly. This would help her out through the process.
She howled a melodious howl to let the pack know that she was okay, and it was followed by a sharp bark, letting them know that she didn’t want anyone besides Skaar to come in. It would be Kyouki’s job to keep everyone and everything out of this cave, and Akailia trusted her greatly with this job.
A sharp pain hit her, so she laid down on her side. The first one was coming … and the birds had actually left her alone for once. This was rare. But she did what instinct told her as she had her first. She brought herself up a little to see the pup. It was strange, but beautiful. It was a gray pup with strange colored markings on his side. They were red, blue and green. Some of the many colors of the night. He was gorgeous. She cleaned him and guided him to nurse. He wasn’t a complainer. And then came the next …
This one was gray, too. Except the colors on this were more bright, a bright green hue of markings traveled along his small bodice. Akailia was receiving beautiful gifts from Halasia for keeping the Balance. She barked twice to let the pack know there were two so far and that there were more to come. They would definitely be excited to hear that. She cleaned him and he quickly found his way to nurse. A fast one, she laughed. Unaware of what was going on outside the den, she asked Halasia for everything to stay calm...
